The DS-2019 Form is a Legal Working Document for each J-1 Work and Travel student, printed by the Sponsors and sent to the Work and Travel agencies after the positive result of the job they have chosen in the USA.

The information contained in this document; Name, Surname, Place and Date of the Birth of the students who will go to America, Start and end dates of work in America, Sponsor Name, Work to be Done, SEVIS No etc.

Visa officers can ask you questions by looking at your DS-2019, Legal Working Document, which you will take to the visa interview. At the same time, it is one of the most important documents you will show when you enter the USA and when you apply for SSN when you go to the USA.

You should be able to protect the DS-2019 Legal Working Document as much as a passport and never let it get lost !!
