- DS-2019 Document: It is a document that certifies the participation of the participant in the program in the J-1 visa type, published by the sponsor, containing the legal working dates and employer information, and must be approved by the consular visa unit at the visa interview. Its supply is provided by Edumaster after the necessary transactions and payments are made at the relevant stage.
- DS-160: The form filled in to be able to apply for a visa is called DS-160. A copy of the form is sent to the participants by Edumaster. In line with the answers of the participants, the Participant’s US visa application form, DS-160, is completely filled in by our qualified advisors in the US State database.
- SEVIS Document: SEVIS is an online database that allows schools and other sponsoring organizations to transmit data about students’ U.S Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). J-1 Work and Travel Participants are required to register in the system, pay the registration fee, and keep the SEVIS payment receipt with them at the visa interview. Its supply is provided by Edumaster after the necessary transactions and payments are made at the relevant stage.
- Transcript in Closed Envelope: It is the English transcript that the students receive from the student affairs of their university shortly before the visa interview, provided that it is in a sealed envelope. It is one of the important documents that participants should have with them during the visa interview.
- 5x5: You must also have your 5x5 biometric photograph taken at least 6 months before the visa interview.
6. Visa Confirmation Document: It is received by Edumaster and delivered to the participant.
