• In order to improve my English, I need to work in a position where I can communicate directly with clients.
You will have the opportunity to talk more with your colleagues in positions such as kitchen, laundry, housekeeping in the program. This will also improve your English speaking practice.
• I don’t have to report my second job to the sponsor.
There is no problem in reporting your second or, if any, third job to the sponsor. Just make sure that the job you find is suitable for the scope of the program. Sponsors work to reassure students and protect their rights. For this reason, you should definitely inform your sponsor about the jobs you have found.
• I’m wearing a hijab, I have to open my head while working.
The program and employers respect the beliefs of all students. No one will ask you to take off your hijab. However, in order to comply with the dress code, you have to wear the uniform provided to you while working.
• I am over the age of 18, I can drink alcohol and go to nightclubs.
If you are over the age of 21 in the United States, you will have the right to consume alcohol and enter a nightclub. This may differ by state.
• I can get back all taxes deducted on purchases I made in the United States.
There is no refund on the tax charges paid for purchases.
• Health care costs a lot in America. I should never go to the hospital.
Within the scope of the program, you can benefit from hospitals free of charge in case of a possible health situation with the private health insurance we have made for you. However, this insurance does not cover services such as eyes, teeth, aesthetics.
• I became an SSN owner within the scope of the program. I can work with this number by entering America with any type of visa.
However, if you have a type of visa that covers a work permit, you can work in the United States.
• I can rent a car with cash.
The car rental process is carried out only by credit card.
